Your right to return

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you have up to 30 days from receiving it to return it and request a refund for the cost of the item and any shipping fees that were applied to your purchase.

Cooling off period

 

If you’ve changed your mind about the product we can only accept a return if the item is in an unused and in perfect condition. If you’re not sure about this please feel free to send us an email and we will be happy to assist.

We recommend sending the returns via a tracked postage for your security as we cannot offer refunds without receiving the item. For that reason it is advisable to retain the proof of shipping until after your refund has been processed. The cost of return shipping is not covered by us. 

 

Once we have received your return we will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 30 days from the day you post the returned item back to us for the refund to appear in your account.
